Here's what I send to all people, healthy and sick. This information is vital to improve your life

I share these far and wide in emails, on my facebook pages that I admin, and now with you. It's up to you to think for yourself and determine whether or not these are helpful.

Here's a statement that should be obvious, but many people simply don't make the connection:

Nutrition is not created in isolation. When you, for example, consume DHA (I get mine from micro algae) and the bottle says "Good for Brain Health", do you think your brain is separated from your vascular system? It is not. Your entire body is improved when you start adding good nutrition and you remove sugar. Sugar is fucked. Thanks for listening.

How Stress Influences Disease: Study Reveals Inflammation as the Culprit

A research team led by Carnegie Mellon University's Sheldon Cohen has found that chronic psychological stress is associated with the body losing its ability to regulate the inflammatory response. Published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the research shows for the first time that the effects of psychological stress on the body's ability to regulate inflammation can promote the development and progression of disease.
