Thanks for posting! And while I'm commenting, have you read anything about sublingual vitamins. I'm taking a sublingual B12 and also D3 (lanolin) + K2. I'm taking both D2 and D3 right now, sublingually and with normal vitamins too. I just want to re-mineralize the best I can because for so long I've been stripping myself of vitamins and minerals.
